摘要
Optimized collection of end-of-life (EOL) products from collection centers, disassembly of them, and distribution of recycled components on demand are crucial for a sustainable reverse supply chain (RSC). This study introduces the integrated collection-disassembly-distribution problem (I-CDDP) which deals with an RSC that consists of a disassembly center, collection centers, and remanufacturing centers. In I-CDDP, EOL products in collection centers are first transported to the disassembly center. These products are then disassembled in a disassembly center and recycled components are delivered to remanufacturing centers on demand. The vehicle routing (VR) arises in the collection of EOL products and distribution of recycled components. The I-CDDP is the optimization of the RSC network with disassembly line balancing (DLB) and VR problem. We propose two mixed-integer mathematical formulations for several problem cases. The first model deals with the case where one type component is demanded, and the second model deals with a multi-component case. The paper conducts extensive scenario analyses on formulations to provide managerial and policy insights.
