Article 4(26). International organisation

Convention 108 as originally adopted does not expressly regulate flow of personal data to international organisations. Modernised Convention 108, however, regulates the flow of personal data from States Parties to the Convention to recipients that are ‘subject to the jurisdiction of a State or international organisation which is not Party to this Convention’.
