Modeling and simulation of A8 synchronous actuation system based on Modlica

According to the structural characteristics and working principle of the A8 synchronous actuation system of the vectoring exhaust nozzle, mathematical models of its actuator, screw/nut, worm gear/worm and other components were established, and the model of A8 synchronous actuation system based on Modelica was built in SimulationX. This model was simulated, and the displacement, synchronization and force changes of the system were analysed. This paper covers the shortage of understanding about the load characteristics of A8 synchronous mechanism, and it also provides a platform for the parameter selection, force analysis, and fault diagnosis of A8 synchronous actuation system.
