Cannabis (CB) use has been associated with alterations in brain structure and function as well as behavioral challenges including aggression. However, displaced aggression, defined as the tendency to shift affective, cognitive, and behavioral responses to provocation towards undeserving others has not been widely explored. In this study, we assessed the relationship between displaced aggression and thalamic volume, which has previously been associated with anger and aggression related behaviors.
