An unusual cluster of Waugh syndrome as a cause of intestinal obstruction in children - A case series

•Association of intussusception with malrotation is a rare phenomenon and it was named Waugh syndrome by Brereton et.•While no clear etiology was established, this series can suggest that some environmental factors might be implicated.•We recommend that any child with bilious vomiting and subtle abdominal signs has to carry out upper GIT contrast.•Optimization for surgery followed by a 2-step surgical approach is the usual treatment with excellent outcomes described.
