摘要
•Transplant renal artery stenosis is the most common vascular complication in kidney transplant recipients, being a significant source of graft dysfunction, loss, and premature death.•Recognition of transplant renal artery stenosis (TRAS) is important because it is potentially curable and may influence graft and patient survival.•The best management of patients with TRAS is unknown with endovascular treatment; percutaneous transluminal angioplasty with or without stenting is thought to be the first-line therapy.
