MRI radiomics in overall survival prediction of local advanced cervical cancer patients tread by adjuvant chemotherapy following concurrent chemoradiotherapy or concurrent chemoradiotherapy alone

•Radiomics models predicted the prognosis of LACC patients treated by adjuvant chemotherapy following CCRT and CCRT alone.•Radiomics models and nomograms presented better predicting performance compare with Figo stage.•The correlationship between radiomics models, nomograms, clinical features were inconsistent for ACT and non-ACT cohort.
