Facilely self-assembled and dual-molecule calibration aptasensor based on SERS for ultra-sensitive detection of tetrodotoxin in pufferfish

摘要
•A sensitive and efficient method of TTX quantitative detection based on SERS was established.•The self-assembled and dual-molecule calibration aptasensor prepared by this method has an excellent uniformity (RSD = 8.8%).•The detection linearrange of the aptasensor was 0.0319–319.27 ng/mL, with a limit of detection (LOD) of 0.024 ng/mL, achieving recoveries ranging from 95.75% to 99%.
