摘要

The purpose of this work is to carry out a general reflection about the concept of ship as a movable property subject to registration. Also, in this work is described the regulation of the different maritime spaces. The goal of this work is to provide a general overview about this issue and particularly in relation to the differences between maritime transport and fishing and, consequently, of those who carry out their work in both maritime industries and particularly in fishing one.
