摘要
Objective: To analyze the expression of tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs), nuclear factor kappa B (NF-xB), and transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF-beta 1) in lung cancer patients. Methods: We selected 66 cases of lung cancer patients in our hospital from June 2018 to July 2019, and collected cancer tissue samples of all the patients as the tumor group. The normal lung tissue adjacent to cancer (more than 5 cm away from the tumor edge) was taken as the control group. The expression of TAMs, NF-xB, and TGF-beta 1 in the lung tissue of the two groups was observed by immunohistochemistty. Results: In the control group, only a small amount of macrophage infiltration was observed in the lung tissue stroma, and the number of TAMs in the lung cancer group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); the NF-xB expression of bronchial epithelial cells in the control group was weakly positive, and the expression of NF-xB in the cytoplasm of lung cancer group was significantly increased. The expression of NF-xB in the lung cancer group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The expression of TGF-beta 1 in bronchial epithelial cells in the control group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the expression of TGF-beta 1 in bronchial epithelial cells in the lung cancer group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The expression of TGF-beta 1 in the lung cancer group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); the number of TAMs and the expression of NF-xB were closely related to the tumor size (P the number of TAMs and the expression of NF-xB and TGF-beta 1 were closely related to the clinical stage (P<0.05); the number of TAMs was positively correlated with the expression of NF-xB (P<0.05); and the expression of NF-xB was negatively correlated with the expression of TGF-beta 1 (P<0.05). Conclusion: The expression of TAMS, NF-xB, and TGF-beta 1 in patients with lung cancer are significantly correlated, and play an important role in the early diagnosis of lung cancer.
