Synthesis and Biological Examination of Novel Tetra Pyranopyrimidine Heterocycles Contained Lipophilic Spacers

摘要
When derivatives of barbituric acid, tetra aromatic aldehyde bearing ether groups and malononitrile or Meldrum acid have one-pot three-component reactions, the analogous new poly pyranopyrimidine derivatives are formed as poly heterocyclic compounds. Deduction of the structures of the products was performed using their IR, H-1-NMR, and C-13-NMR spectroscopy along with CHN analysis. Besides, the synthesized heterocycles were also evaluated concerning their biological activities, including toxicity examination, anti-inflammatory effects, antioxidant activities, and anti-bacterial effects.
