摘要
Big data processing is one of the main mainstreams in science and technology in the modern world. Pattern recognition and image classification tasks are well suited artificial neural networks (ANN). ANN has traditionally been supported by classical electronic computers built on the von Neumann architecture. This architecture has a limited bandwidth (bottleneck), which leads to learning and recognition rate limitations [1] , [2] . Von Neumann’s model requires significant computing power. One possible way of future computational paradigm is the transition to the brain-inspired neuromorphic photoelectric circuits.
