摘要
This paper reports, for the first time, a butterfly-inspired microelectromechanical system (MEMS)-based hybrid wearable biosensing patch that can simultaneously measure biochemical and electrophysiological parameters. The patch is comprised of a glucose biosensor along with pH and temperature (T) sensors for precise glucose quantification as well as two biopotential recording electrodes, enabling real-time measurements of electrocardiogram (ECG) signals. The working electrodes (WE) of biochemical sensors are activated with a novel transducing layer of metal-organic framework (MOF) derived nanoporous carbon (NPC). The promising data obtained using the multiplexing sensing array validates the utility of the MOF based transducing nanomaterials and the potential of hybrid patch for multimodal applications.
