摘要

Cd(1-x)Mm(x)Te crystals exhibit a strong optical rectification and electro-optic effects. We present our studies on Cd0.55Mn0.45Te single crystals, operating as efficient emitters and detectors of THz radiation transients, when excited by femtosecond optical pulses.
