摘要

•Formamidine acetate (FAAc) additive is introduced to TiO2/perovskite interface.•FAAc passivates interface defect, tunes energy array and improve crystal quality.•FAAc-modified device achieves an efficiency of 20.47%, along with ease hysteresis.•While the pristine perovskite solar cell obtains an efficiency of 18.30%.
