Structural, conductivity and dielectric properties of europium trioxide doped lead boro-tellurite glasses

•Europium trioxide doped lead boro tellurite glasses were prepared by the conventional melting quenching technique.•The non-crystalline nature of the glasses was confirmed by XRD measurements.•The electrical transport mechanism was well fitted with the Almond-West type of power law.•With increasing temperatures, s (exponential) values have been found to decrease.•The stretched exponent β values were found to be insensitive to the change in temperature.
