摘要

•One-step TB-assisted synthesis strategy for fabricating functionalized MOFs.•The TB@Cu-MOFs, TB@Co-MOFs and TB@Zn-MOFs were synthesized.•A sensitive electrochemical immunoassay to detect IgG, MB and FMDV was developed.
