摘要
Marine Internet of Things (Marine IoT) attracts growing interest in sensing and exploiting the ocean, it is necessary to build Marine IoT system for observing and processing massive marine environmental data. There exist several problems in building Marine IoT system, such as massive heterogeneous data, underwater limited transmission bandwidth, strong heterogeneity and unbalanced computing-resource load of data-sensing devices. In this paper, the RESTful-Edge Computing (REC)-based Marine IoT model is proposed to achieve efficient integration and procession of massive marine observing data. The REC-MPSO-based computing resource cooperative migration method is then provided for scheduling and migrating computing resource of Marine IoT. (1) The REC model would store and analyze massive data, transmit only valid observing data to the cloud server, to reduce amount of data transmission. (2) By unified scheduling and management of computing resource load, the edge gateway can realize migration of resource loads between different edge sensing devices, thereby maintaining load balance on these devices. (3) The optimal computing resource (task) for cooperative migration could be selected by Multi-group PSO (MPSO) update iteration. It would realize the dynamically adaptive matching between computing tasks and edge sensing devices, and meet the requirements of minimizing energy consumption and delay of computing task migration in Marine IoT. Simulation results verify that the improvement of proposed REC-MPSO method is 10%, 14% and 22% over three pre-existing protocols in terms of time delay, energy consumption of REC-MPSO is 17%, 24%, and 27% lower than three pre-existing protocols for computing resources migration, respectively.
