Real-time investigation of Lysozyme crystallization kinetics: A neutron diffraction study

•Lysozyme crystals grow in a neutron beam.•Small angle scattering signal can be used to monitor the consumption of Lysozyme molecules in solution.•Crystal growth can be followed by the increasing intensity of Bragg-Reflexes.•Johnson-Mehl-Avrami-Kolmogorov model can be used to describe the crystal growth.•The parameters found are compatible with our previous Lysozyme crystallization study.
