摘要

•A modified (Cu/CNT) EDM electrode was fabricated by SPS process.•Electrode characterization indicated a reduction in density of the composite.•CNT-infused EDM electrode provided better MRR than the copper electrode.•High electrode wear incurred on the Cu/CNT electrode due to the porosity effects.
