摘要
•FeCuNbSiBP amorphous powder was produced by gas-water combined atomization.•P substitution improved the glass forming ability and nanocrystalline generation.•Annealed Fe80Cu1Nb2Si6B6P5 powder had low Hc of 98 A/m and high Js of 1.39 T.•Magnetic powder cores with FeCuNbSiBP powder had high DC bias and low core loss.
