摘要

•Excellent NO2 sensitivity (99.78 mV/decade) and high selectivity were obtained.•The sensor by GDC solid electrolyte followed the mixed-potential mechanism.•Good sensitivity and selectivity were attributed the mesoporous WO3 SE.
