摘要
Ceramic particles are widely used to prepare polymer/ceramic composites with high permittivity, but general modifications are not enough for dioxaborolanes contented functional polymers such as vitrimers. In this paper, a reversible cross-linked barium titanate (BaTiO3) was prepared by two kinds of dioxaborolanes modified BaTiO3. The formation of modified BaTiO3 is confirmed by FTIR, XPS and DSC. The TGA shows that modification reduced thermal stability of BaTiO3. It can be observed by SEM that three-dimensional network structure is formed in cross-linked BaTiO3. The frequency spectra of relative permittivity and dielectric loss are studied, indicating that the decrease of relative permittivity of modified BaTiO3 depends on the organic compound on the surface of BaTiO3. In addition, the cross-linked BaTiO3 shows a good dispersion in the dioxaborolanes based vitrimer.
