摘要
With the advance of mobile technologies and improvements in wireless devices, it has become possible to solve problems in the social realm of cities and provide a range of alternatives to improve and implement intelligent environments, making everyday life easier. This also applies to smart assisted cities, which aims to provide greater accessibility to people with disabilities (PCDs), with special needs or the elderly, through computer resources that make it possible to reduce or cure a need found by providing more comfort, accessibility and opportunities. This article presents a systematic mapping that relates articles that aim to improve accessibility and life of people with disabilities in smart assisted cities. This research was based on six data sources and generated a total of 93,998 articles. Of these, after five stages of filtering and classification resulted in 21 articles selected according to the purpose of this research. It was found that 47.6% of these works aim at safety, via monitoring to facilitate locomotion and accessibility in the PCDs. It was verified that 9.5% of the articles deal with communication and 28.6% aim at both user communication and safety. Entertainment was the central theme of 14.3% of the selected articles.
