摘要

•Three characteristic phenylethanol glycosides (PhGs) were selected to investigate the cytotoxicity on hela cells.•The binding mechanism of three phgs with human serum albumin (HSA) were elaborated by spectroscopic, microscopic, and simulative technologies.•A rare fluorescence increase behavior was observed when phgs 3 was added into HSA solution.
