摘要

•Five compounds were isolated from the whole plant of Dendrobium harveyanum.•Dendrofalconerol B (3) exhibited strong inhibition for pancreatic lipase and α-glucosidase enzymes.•Dendrofalconerol B (3) showed strong anti-adipogenic activity in the differentiated 3T3-L1 cells.•Dendrofalconerol B (3) exhibited the suppression of PPARγ and C/EBPα expression.•Dendrofalconerol B (3) suppressed adipocyte differentiation via modulating Akt/AMPK/ACC signaling pathway
