摘要
This work deals with plasmonic properties of gold nanoparticles (NP) in the three-layers system comprising this NP, isolating (Al 2 O 3 ), and conducting (PdO, Pd) layers. A sequence of the layers and use of semiconductor material (PdO) for conducting one distinguish the system from other studies. The used order of deposition enhances the stability of nanoparticles and theirs durability to external actions. The optical spectra of three-layer systems are investigated in relation to the thickness of the Al 2 O 3 isolating layer. “Red” and “blue” shift of plasmon resonance position of NP is observed depending on the thickness of Al 2 O 3 . Possible mechanisms of this shift are considered. It is supposed that the main reason is the action of conducting layer. Depolarizing influence and shielding of interactions between adjacent NP are considered especially. The dependence of shift value is shown also on the material and thickness of conducting layer. The shape of optical spectra is only slightly altered in the case of Pd conducting layer, but distortion of spectra is observed for PdO conducting layer. Possible reasons for the system’s behavior are examined.
