Synthesis of Disiloxanes and MQ Resins with Sydnonyl Substituents

For the first time, the synthesis of disiloxanes and MQ resins with 4-thiosydonyl substituents has been carried out. Disiloxanes with thiosydnonyl substituents were obtained by nucleophilic substitution of halogen atoms in an organic substituent at a silicon atom. For the synthesis of MQ resins with thiosydonyl substituents, the method of hydrolytic polycondensation in trifluoroacetic acid was used. All the compounds obtained were characterized by various methods of NMR spectroscopy; X-ray diffraction analysis was performed for crystalline compounds. MQ resins have a molecular weight of about 4,000 g/mol according to GPC data and are of interest as active fillers for various polymer systems.
