摘要

•Microfluidic ECL cells with AZO NPs were fabricated by the MEMS process and the VUV-assisted direct bonding technique.•A maximum luminance and a lifetime were improved by using the AZO NPs-coated FTO cathode.•The 2-μm-thick microfluidic ECL cells exhibited a maximum luminance of 240 cd/m2 at 3.3 V.
