摘要

•Extraction the genetic material of herpes simplex virus-1 from swab and blood samples , then make pcr for glycoprotein envelop genes•There was significant relation between glycoprotein D1, D2 and D3 genes according to our result with the attachment of virus to the host cell .•We were able to register three genetic isolates in a site of NCBI that records for the first time a viral envelope specialist of herpes simplex virus
