摘要

•A novel dynamics of voltage-controlled domain wall (DW) motion in multiferroic heterostructures is presented.•A systematic study of DW motion with different parameters has been carried out.•DW motion is characterized by directionally controllable, low energy consumption, high speed, and long-distance transmission.
