摘要

We synthesized new nitroso derivatives of β-naphthol and studied their structures by 1 H NMR and IR spectroscopy. The nitrosonaphthol derivatives can be immobilized on fibrous substrates and used as analytical reagents to determine metal ions, in particular, cobalt(II) ions. We proposed a procedure for determining cobalt(II) in wastewater.
