摘要

•RbCl doping TiO2 enhanced the crystallinity of perovskite and reduces hysteresis.•RbCl crystallites have a polyhedral structure and lattice parameters similar to those of the perovskites.•The modified device had a low trap density.•The PCE of the RbCl:TiO2-based devices was over 20%.
