摘要
Currently, mechanical biosensors were greatly applied in detecting various biomarkers. However, the sensitivity of the mechanical biosensor needs to be further improved to be expected to achieve higher performance for the single molecule detection. Herein, we proposed a membrane-type biosensor based on magnetic, surface stress and electric coupling enhancement (MSEC-MBios) to detect the human serum albumin (HSA). By introducing the magnetic probes, the membrane deformation was amplified under the magnetic field, realizing the coupling of the magnetic and the traditional electromechanical mechanical biosensor system. By magnetic sensitization, the detection limit of the MSEC-MBios was reduced to 10.2 ng/mL in the linear range of 0-50 mu g/mL, which was an order of magnitude lower than that of the biosensor without magnetic field. In addition, the MSEC-MBios was also proved excellent stability, selectivity, and specificity, showing potential in developing new biomolecules detection methods.
