摘要

•PMMA buffer layer is used for the light absorption layer/HTL interface in CsPbI3 quantum dot solar cells.•Interface carrier recombination is suppressed, and the improvement of VOC and PCE is obtained with PMMA buffer layer.•The stability of QDPSCs with PMMA is significantly enhanced due to the intrinsic hydrophobic characteristic of PMMA.
