Chemical cluster environmental protection patrolling game based on cooperation mechanism.

ABSTRACTIndustrial production activities in the chemical cluster pose great threats to the surrounding atmospheric environment and human health. Therefore, it is necessary for the management team to strictly supervise chemical production processes and monitor the gas emissions to ensure air quality. One of the most effective means is to patrol chemical plants in the chemical cluster. However, chemical clusters usually cover a large area and the patrolling effect of only one patrol vehicle is limited. In another word, multiple patrol vehicles are required to work together. This study first determines the initial deployment including the number and location of multiple patrol vehicles by greedy algorithm. Then, the chemical cluster will be divided into multiple areas with the same number of patrol vehicles by using the cooperative idea of static partitioning. Chemical Cluster Environmental Protection Patrol game with multiple cooperative defenders is put forward in this paper. The game aims at detecting emission violation behaviors of chemical plants by intelligently scheduling the patrolling routes. The model is further illustrated by a case study.
