摘要

•Total 134 peptides were identified from the four groups, mainly comprising less than 15 mer peptides.•There were 29 peptides showed increased in HLA-A*24:02 positive cells, consisting of Lysine in PΩ with the CBZ treatments.•CORO1A and its mRNA were increased in HLA-A*24:02 positive cells with CBZ and LTG treatments.•CORO1A is involved in HLA-A*24:02-associated skin rash.
