Introduction: Recent publications have reported a decline in stroke rate after endovascular treatment of the aortic arch. However, the rate of silent cerebral ischaemic events following this type of intervention is unknown. The objective of this work was to quantify these lesions using the Stroke from Thoracic Endovascular Procedures Study (STEP) registry.
