Pos-298 lessons from four decades of systemic amyloidosis with renal involvement

The past four decades have seen remarkable advances in amyloidosis recognition due to more accurate fibrils identification, genetic assessment and diagnostic imaging. Apart from ATTR amyloidosis, the epidemiology and outcomes of the most common subtypes of systemic amyloidosis in Portugal remain primarily unknown. Hence, we report the epidemiology of 40 years of amyloid nephropathy at a single Portuguese centre and characterise the clinical features and course in 111 patients with different types of systemic amyloidosis with renal involvement.
