POS-347 Prescription pattern among hypertensive and diabetic nephropathy patients in a teaching hospital, Ghana

Hypertensive and diabetic nephropathy – conditions that are highly prevalent in Ghana – requires multiple drug therapy due to the high load of comorbidities that accompany the condition and thus treatment regimens must be closely monitored. In this study, we reported the prescription pattern among chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients who had hypertension and diabetes mellitus as the primary cause of CKD.
