The Renal Health application was developed with the main objective to increase chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients’ adherence to treatment by allowing them to monitor essential parameters in the management of the disease and promoting greater autonomy. The aim of this study was to evaluate the spontaneous use of this app, without direct recommendation from a professional, by hemodialysis patients.
