CHARMM-GUI Implicit Solvent Modeler for simulation with various implicit solvent models in different simulation programs

CHARMM-GUI Implicit Solvent Modeler (ISM) provides an web-based platform to create implicit solvent molecular dynamics (MD) simulation systems. Implicit solvent models are widely used in many studies because they are advantageous to speed up simulations by drastically decreasing the number of degrees of freedom, which allows to achieve long simulation time scales for large system sizes. CHARMM-GUI has been developed to support the setup of complex multi-component molecular systems and prepare input files.
