Aiming at the problem of low heating efficiency of asphalt heating furnace, the temperature field simulation model of asphalt heating furnace is established. By simulating the process of gas flow, the temperature field, temperature streamline and the temperature of eight outlets in the asphalt heating furnace are obtained. In order to improve the heating effect of asphalt heating furnace, the structure of the model is optimized. The effects of the gas inlet position of the asphalt heating furnace and the chamfer side length of the deflector in the lower furnace cavity on the gas outlet temperature are analyzed. The results indicate that the model with gas inlet on one side can improve the heating effect, and the addition of deflector in the lower furnace cavity can further improve the heating effect of high-temperature gas on Asphalt in the stirred tank.
