Active and Reactive Power Coordination Optimization Method of Distribution Network Based on Improved PSO-GA Algorithm

The proportion of the distributed generation connected to the distribution network is getting higher and higher. At the same time, the randomness and fluctuation of the output of distributed generation will also lead to great uncertainty in the operation of the distribution network. In order to ensure the safety and economy of the distribution network, the simulation model of distribution network including the on-load tap changer, the distributed generation, the switchable capacitor and the energy storage system is established, in which the goal is to minimize the overall voltage deviation and the line loss. An improved PSO-GA algorithm is proposed to solve the model. Then the active and reactive power coordination optimization of the distribution network is carried out to solve the problem of node voltage overlimit when the distributed generation is connected to the distribution network. Finally, the IEEE 33-node system is taken as an example to verify the correctness of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.
