摘要

•Rates of posttraumatic stress disorder and addiction are high among veterans.•Examined clinically significant change for both disorders with integrated treatment.•There were no differences between COPE and RP using a conventional approach.•With this approach, a higher percentage of patients improved with COPE relative to RP.
