摘要
•The Pseudomonas strain was isolated using betaine and triclosan media.•Colorimetric isolation using WO3 nanorods was used as an electrochromic sensor.•The isolate was identified as Pseudomonas aeruginosa PBH03.•The PBH03 exhibited electrochemical activity in the CV and MFC reactors.•The isolation and detection strategy can be applied for electroactive strains.
