摘要

•The aberrant thalamus-based connectivity pattern of insomnia patients was detected.•Insomnia patients showed altered connectivity in precentral gyrus, MFG, SPL, SFG and CPL.•Connectivity between thalamus and Crus Ⅰ was significantly correlated with MoCA.
