•Multiple Sclerosis DMTs variably affect COVID-19 vaccination antibody response.•Antibody response is attenuated among S1P and anti-CD20 therapies.•Vaccine type (mRNA and adenoviral vector) was not predictive of antibody response.•Prior COVID-19 infection increased the odds of mounting a positive antibody response.•Shorter duration of anti-CD20 therapies increased odds of positive antibody response.
