摘要
2D siloxene has got a lot of attention owing to unique structure, minimized volume change and high theoretical capacity. However, low electronic conductivity and exfoliation from Cu current collector leads to poor rate performance and irreversible cycling performance. To solve the problems, a robust room temperature liquid metal (LM) matrix confined siloxene structure is designed by forming metal bond via heat treatment at 80 degrees C. Through heating, LM permeates into the siloxene electrode to improve the conductivity and reacts with Cu current collector to create CuGa2 alloy. With the synergistic advantages of high electronical conductivity, environmentally friendly, and self-healing character of liquid metal, the modified siloxene anode exhibits revisable cyclic stability about 847 mAh g(-1) at 2000 mA g(-1) for 300 cycles and 618 mAh g(-1) at 8000 mA g(-1) for 700 cycles.
