摘要
The Texas KidsCanSeq (KCS) Study, an NHGRI and NCI-funded Clinical Sequencing Evidence-Generating Research consortium project, is studying implementation of genomic sequencing for pediatric solid tumor (CNS or non-CNS) patients across the diverse population of Texas. A key study goal was to measure clinical utility outcomes after return of germline sequencing results, including medical recommendations made by the treating oncologists.
